A small leak can waste thousands of litres a month and slowly damage floors, walls and ceilings. We use acoustic and thermal tools to find the leak first, so we only open the wall or floor exactly where we need to.
Signs you may have a leak
- Your water bill has gone up and your use has not

Will you need to break the wall?
Usually only a small, neat opening right where the leak is. We tell you before we cut anything and can recommend someone to patch and paint.
Does insurance cover leak detection?
Many home policies cover “trace and access” for hidden leaks. We give you a written report and photos to send to your insurer.
