Who we are
This website belongs to Maple Falls Plumbing Co.. If you have any questions about your information, call us or email us using the details on our contact page.
What we collect
When you send our quote form, we receive what you type in: your name, phone number, and if you give them, your email address, postcode or ZIP code, and details about the job. If you call or email us, we see your number or email address.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, give you a price and arrange the work.
- To keep a record of the work we did for you, for guarantees and invoices.
- Never to sell, rent or trade it to anyone.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become a job are deleted within 12 months. Records of work we did are kept as long as the law and our guarantees need them.
Who else sees it
Our website host and email provider store the messages for us. If you add tools such as analytics or a booking calendar, list them here with a link to their privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just call or email us.
