Local plumbers since 2009
Maple Falls Plumbing Co. started with one van and one promise: turn up when we say, tell people the price before we start, and leave the house clean. Fifteen years later we have six plumbers and the same promise.
We live in the towns we work in, so most of our work comes from neighbours recommending us to neighbours. That keeps us honest.
- Fixed price agreed before we start
- Licensed and insured plumbers

Our story
From one van to six plumbers
2009
One van, one promise
We start out of a garage in Maple Falls, fixing leaks and drains for neighbours.
2014
Open day and night
A 24/7 emergency line, because burst pipes do not wait for Monday morning.
2019
Bigger jobs
Water heater installation and whole-house repiping join the everyday repairs.
Today
Six plumbers, same promise
Eight towns, six vans, and still the price before we start.
How we work
What you can count on
We answer the phone
A real plumber picks up, day or night, and tells you straight away what to do next.
Price before we start
You get the price in writing first, and it only changes if you ask for more work.
Covers on, mess out
Floor covers, dust sheets, and every old part and box taken away with us.
We come back if it is not right
Every repair has a one-year guarantee on parts and labour.

What our neighbours say
Our kitchen pipe burst on a Sunday night. They answered on the second ring, talked me through turning off the water and were here in 40 minutes. Fixed price, no fuss.
Dana R.Emergency plumbing, Cedar GroveSample review Two other plumbers wanted to replace the whole water heater. Maple Falls found a faulty thermostat, fixed it for a fraction of the price and explained everything.
Marcus T.Water heater repair, Maple FallsSample review Booked online in the morning, plumber arrived on time in the afternoon and cleared a drain that had been slow for months. Left the bathroom spotless.
